ORDER INFORMATION
You will be called by a Shelf Life representative within 48 hours of placing your order Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM EST. We find it beneficial to make personal contact to confirm your order, answer any questions pertaining to your order and set up a pick up or delivery date. If your order is not in stock we will give an estimated lead time. No charge to your credit card will be made until this confirmation process is complete. We take VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMEX.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFO
Smaller items that can be shipped by UPS, FEDEX etc., can be shipped most anywhere in the continental United States. All other items can be set up for in home delivery within the following counties:
Alexandria, Anne Arundel, Arlington, Charles, Clarke, Culpeper, District of Columbia, Fairfax, Fauquier, Frederick, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, Prince William, Rappahannock, Stafford, Warren

Our driver will contact you in advance to set up an appointment. Your merchandise will be carried to the room of your choice in the original shipping cartons. Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Save all original packing material and cartons until you have determined all items are in good condition. If an item is damaged please email us at within 24 hours. A Shelf life representative will contact you within 48 hours. Set up of merchandise and removal of cartons is not included in standard shipping rates but is available for an additional fee.

PICK UP INFO
Save money and pick up your order directly from our store located at 52 Main St. Historic Old Town Warrenton 20186. Pick up hours are 10AM-6PM Tuesday-Saturday. You can set a pick up date when we call to confirm your order.
